help?

I know this forum isn't super active but a girl I know really needs some advice. She has long medium/dark brown hair, and let somebody bleach it for her. It turned out a too light/orangish color, I believe. I haven't seen it for myself yet so I don't really know. What I've been told is that she then went and got boxed color and when over the bleach and it's still terrible. Her scalp has been bleeding, she tried calling salons to ask for advice on what to do but nobody seems to get a durn.

Well, she went to a school for it redone. Apparently she has like a restoring sort of thing done on it or something. I'm not sure what color she was aiming for but ended up with a reddish tone. Thanks alot though :)
