Hey, I wasn't told either. And thanks for all your help metalgirl. I'm going up to KC to have these that are not SoCap removed. But what about this brushing at the roots? How do you do that?
The gel from what the Missouri/Kansas distributor told me has acetone in it. You should call the distributor for your area and ask them. I only know of the Midwest and Pacific Northwest divisions. They supposedly have something else that is even gentler to take them out with.
She insists that they never told her anything about maintaining it, much alone sold her a brush. Sometimes I find that clients can lie about that stuff to try to blame the stylist for their laziness. Since I don't know this person, I'll have to give her the benefit of the doubt though.
