Saran Wrap for Deeep conditioning

I have noticed that my conditioner doesn't seem to really absorb if I just put a plastic cap on so I decided to experiment. I kept my hair in 6 braids, applied deep conditioner, and then wrapped up braids using saran wrap. The insulated heat help cut down deep conditioning time and when I took off the saran wrap that hair was seriously moisturized and felt amazing. I used Family Dollar saran wrap, no need to waste the good stuff

I've heard rave reviews about this.  I will have to try it.

UPDATE: I tried this method over the weekend and all I can say is WOW!!  My hair came out more mositurized then every.  So long plastic caps.  This will be a staple of mine.
