as i have long hair ive been advised to get a boar bristle brush.are the boars specifically killed to get the bristles??this doesn't sit very well with me
are there any aternatives???

I'm about 90% sure they just shave the boars(why kill them if all they want is the hair?). Good question though.
Stick with The Body Shop.....they wouldn't harm animals and the wood they use is from well- managed forests. I have a BBB and wooden comb from them.
