hair ideas PICTURES inside!

hey
i want to change my hair but im not too sure how..
my hair is naturally very curly so i straighten it every day. i am looking for a haircut that is going to be long enough to sill straighten it however i feel like i want short hair. im up for any ideas. im looking for something different to what i have now.
a problem that i sometimes encounter is if i cut my hair too short my face appears allot rounder.

oh yeah and i forgot to say that my naturally curly hair has been doing strange things ever since i started straightening it. it no longer curles at the ends and stays dead straight. : S so i have to straighten it every day now because it looks strange if i dont. anyone know if this is possible to fix? i would imagine that this happend from over-straightening it and using too many heat tools.
