Contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. They can give you an address and phone number and aid you in filing a complaint. Also report it to your credit card company(maybe you can get your money back). I am so sorry that you had to experience this. It happened to me twice over the years and I warned others not to deal with them but i also reported them to the Better Business Bureau which does more damage to them and their credibility. I was shocked to find out how many other complaints had been filed against them.

Yeah, girl. Do something! They can't get away with ripping you off like that. That's what I hate about ordering stuff online. Sometimes they are extremely slow about giving you what you ordered, making you think they've ripped you off. Yes, you should do as CaramelDiva said and contact the Better Business Bureau.

I'm very surprised..if you look on the internet, you mainly see several links of rave reviews regarding their service, and quality..
I'm sure the original poster did her "background check" before ordering..i was pretty much fooled too..there are several positive feedback links regarding this company and product..i mean really..i wouldn't have known..
The BBB is pretty good at taking care of this mess..and sometimes they definitely drag their feet...i had a situation happen with a company called Makeup Mania..that went on for about 3 months..I had immediately filed a complaint with the BBB about 1 month into the situation..2 months afterwards, the company and i finally came to an agreement...this was after all my hard work..
about 6 or 9 months later, i receive an email from the BBB saying that they were willing and ready to help my situation and would i please go over in detail what had transpired..
i returned an email stating that the situation was not only under control - but totally OVER..AND that they were about as worthless as a low fart in a high wind..
some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.
If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and report the charge.. If you paid with PayPal they have a whole dispute resolution process (you can read up on it on PayPals website..) The BBB isn't going to get you action nearly as quickly as these two steps will..
