Express Extension System

 

If this is like the sample I received, it is a strip 1.5 - 2" wide.  To me, it looks similar to the Mark Barrington 'Micro Tabs'.  So, it appears the backing is not poly, but probably some sort of solidified epoxy.

 

The tape is a double stick tape, I'd probably guess either a Protac or Supertape type thing.

 

With the stuff Hotheads sent me, you apply this by sandwiching a thin layer of your hair between two of these pieces.

 

I put the sample in my hair, just one strip, and so far it's holding well, but it's only been maybe 5 days.   If I all goes well, I'll probably get a set and try it out.
