Ok. So I am going to be Tracy Turnblad from Hairspray for Halloween, and I have a limited money (meaning I am broke...) but I don't know how to create the Bouffant hairstyle she has.. at all. I've tried teasing it, but I don't think I am doing it right. and I really REALLY don't want to use any false hair.
 
Can anyone help my hair woe??Cry
 
 
(PS, I bought a Wig at Walmart, but it is absolutely terrible!!! it looks like roadkill mixed with the worst toupe)
