Wave Desensitization?

Has anybody experieced this since becoming a member of these boards or any part of the online waving community?

I remember when I first came on these sites it seemed to me like WOW everybody had amazing waves and this cedclark dude has these ridiculous unrealistic perfect waves. 

But now it takes a lot more to impress me, and I constantly am thinking my own waves suck, despite gettin compliments on them all the time. 
I remember the old brushing instructions photo, I used to think wow, dude is spinning.
But I remember seeing it a few years later and thinking wow he has a loose curl texture, and they arent even correct angles being brushed.

Im hella critical on my own waves and everybody's now a days.

well, everyday i learn more and more that it is just hair, and i lose the excitment of takin of the durag and seein them killa waves and bein like dayum.

Well I never liked my waves from the start, but I'm still pumped to acheive some waves that I will be pleased with.

I'm more into waves now. I like looking around the street and seeing all those spinners. I'm still suprised when dudes come up to me on the street and ask about my waves and how I got em like I do. The key to not getting bored is to reinvent it every day. I'm always suprised when I see all the dudes at school with the micros that come from one day of brushing or the dudes with the crooked frequency waves. Its a new experience erryday.
