Light Pink Lotion is for those people with medium - fine hair textures
Regular Pink Lotion is for those people with medium- coarse hair textures

I have light Pink lotion. I dnt use it tho because it doesn't really work for me. I use Motions pink bottle. Works Great!

I Have Light, Motions and Reg. I'm used Light right now and it doesn't cake up like Regular Pink. Motions doesn't add enough shine for me and I don't like the scent when I wet the du-rag while its in. Smells horrible.

Ok since I have used before then I can tell you that Pink Lotion (light) would be better for somebody like Frizzle or C-Dog you know straight-haired nigs it spreads easier than the regular version but if somebody with nappy hair used the light it would be = to dripping water on their head. The regular Pink Lotion is noticeably thicker and it is generally for everybodies use especially my own.

Pink Lotion Light would be for people with medium hair and regular would b for people with normal hair
