I had to get that dry BSS crap out of my hair. Not only was it tangling to no end it was shedding HORRIBLY. I sealed the wefts but it was coming out in handfuls left and right. My boyfriend begged not to use the hair again because he was finding hair in some strange places lo  Shocked l. I like this hair. It is super soft and curling it wasn't too bad even though it did make me late for work . ErmmThe only issue I am really still having is with the color help. Trying to get all the remnants of the black out is a night mare furious Even with toning and using the purple poo I can't manage to get the yellow and orange tones out. I used a 613/27 combo but the color is still a bit off. Luckily I can pull the top back and it camouflages it. I am thinking when I touch my roots up the next time that I will follow it up with some medium brown low lights to cover up some of the orangey. After that I will mix some brown into the install and hopefully everything will be right with the world again. hoorayUntil then here is the current install. The bottom layers are 613 and 27/613 mix in 18". Once I pretty much ran out of the 18" 613 I started using some 14" to help create layers. I did a modified pony tail cut to help blend. Instead of pulling all of my hair up on my head I started at the top of my ears up and did the pony tail cut on that section taking about 2-3 inches off then point cutting. I then pulled up a section temple to temple and did the same. I'm not exactly sure how much hair I have on my head. I bought 3 packs so between 8-12 ounces since I didn't use all of it.

Just an update.

It's been 2 weeks with this hair. By this time I was HATING the BSS hair. But this stuff is doing so much better, and I am not very easy on hair.  I usually try to put it in pigtails at night (try being the operative word), but sometimes I just can't be bothered. I have had to smooth it out twice so far. I can do this one of two ways. When it is still wet after my shower I flat iron it, and then usually blast it with the blow dryer real quick to finish drying it. If I start with dry hair I dampen it with some sort of leave in conditioner. This morning I used infusium and it feels amazing.

I'm not going to lie and say that it doesn't tangle, but its nothing unmanageable to me. I can usually brush through it gently with no extra product, but occasionally when I am lazy (weekends) and have been laying around on it I have to spray some leave in or even use my flat iron spray which makes it slick.

For anyone who doesn't have the money for expensive human hair this is a great alternative.

Very nice and a cute style! I like the soft curls. It looks quite real to me. It is somewhat shiny but not in a bad way and it matches your hair on top colorwise so i would not have guessed synthetic.
