Becky Q of CNBC is well past her shoulders now and looking very nice.  She had the same look for so long I'm glad to see the change.  Her color, IMO, is great too.  I really love the very light streaks around her face!

I still think she would look great (Better, IMO) if she went with a POB style about chin length
