hello,
I just bought clip-extensions online, but now I'm worried that a. my hair is too short for them, and b. I didn't get enough.
I bought a 10 pc set from Tressallure. My hair is shortest in the way back at about 2".
Will they work...and will I need to purchase another set? If anyone has any experience with this issue or has actually used Tressallure clip-ins, it'd be awesome to hear from you. However, I'll take anything I can get :)
Usually when the natural hair is really short as yours is, it takes a whole lot of hair to get it to blend in and not look like a mullet or mushroom head.
In general, I think the ready made clip in sets don't give most people enough hair. I usually make my own clip ins, and then I can control how much hair I want to use.
So, try putting the clip ins in your hair and then take a look to see if it blends in nicely. If not, you may want to get another set, or just buy a weft and sew that to your existing Tressallure pieces.
Hi Lilypoppers...I don't know if this will help you, but I bought some clipins and I have fine, curly hair. I didn't buy my clipins from where you bought yours but I did have enough in one order. I recently started to wear the clipins and the other day was the first day I wore them all day. I loved them, only problem is that by the end of the day my head where the clipins were placed were killing me. Like I said before, my hair is fine but I do have a lot of hair (if that makes sense). I see on this forum where people have to buy double the hair and I can't imagine where they put it! haha I wish I had that problem. Anyway....hope this is helpful and I hope you love your clipins....I'm already addicted!!
