Sultryhaironline.com is extremely unprofessional. I have emailed,called and faxed over twenty times, and I still have not received any response from her. I placed an order 30 days ago and she has not responded to me, not once! I placed a large order for several hair extensions for a total of $595.60. Do not buy from Sultryhaironline.com or you will get riped off! She will rip you off as she has done with me and does not return any emails except for those who want to purchase, than she takes your money and you wont hear anything back from her!I will be reporting this to the Better Business Beareu and she will be put out of business. If this has happened to anyone else, please respond so that I can gather the complaints! Thank you.

I've know they were a scam since they opened their site. They totally copied sultryhair.com's domain name, site content (word for word) and even pictures.  They have since removed the pictures after I notifed someone at sultryhair.com of this and they sent a letter to take down their pictures. If a company is not creative enough to think of their own domain name and has to ride off another company's name, that is pathetic. Stealing pictures and 100% of a company's content (words) is not only dishonest, but illegal. There are many other companies to buy remy indian hair from other than sultryhaironline. I buy hair extensions from several different internet companies and they are def not one of them.

I so sorry to hear that! Did you pay through paypal or credit card? cos you could get your money back that way. It sucks when I heard about business being so dishonest. Its shameful! I believe in Karma. What goes around will come back around.

I paid with my credit card.  I will call my credit card company and see what they can do. Thanks.Cry

If you call your credit card you can get them to do a chargeback and if you did not receive the order from Sultry Hair Online, you can get all your money back.

Also, these folks have other posts about fraudulent behavior.  Please let us know when you open the Better Business Bureau case.

You should also write to the Texas Attorney General's office and file a complaint.  Since this is a Texas company, this will cause them a lot of headaches.

On another note...... I am surprised SultryHair did not legally go after SultryHairOnline for brand infringement or brand confusion.  SultryHair could definitely get SultryHairOnline shut down.
 
I agee that it is pathetic that a site would copy the name like that.  I am glad they were forced to take down the photos.  Cases have shown when companies copy a pre-existing marketing name or concept, it does severely impact the long term sales of the first company. 
 
Maybe someone should tell SultryHair that they have legal rights to get SultryHairOnline shut down.

Thanks for all the great 411.  I called and spoke with my credit card company. I feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted from my chest.  I have already been credited back my money pending they do not provide signature proof that I have received the item; which, they won't because I have not received my order.  They totally suck and someone should close them down. They are just an all around unethical company.

No, that is Sultryhair.com. I ordered from Sultryhaironline.com. Sultryhaironline.com copied Sultryhair.com domain name and most of the site content. I looked on their site and saw that all their content is identical to Sultryhair.com. My beef is with Sultryhaironline.  I placed a large order over a month ago and I still have not received a response or my order.
