i`m just wondering in people`s opinions:
is it worse to blowdry wavy hair straight every day-or- let wavy hair air dry and then straighten it with a flat iron every day? which one do you think is worse or more damaging to hair?

well at first glance I would say the iron is but if you are flat ironing for 5 minutes and blow drying for 20 then it would be hard to choose. Heat is heat. The iron is worse from the standpoint of being more direct.

Also the amount of moisture in your hair is a factor.

yeah, seriously, I agree with the last response. Every time I take a flat iron to my hair (wavy), I feel so incredibly guilty and somewhat disgusted. I get better results w/ blow drying, though all in all I let my hair air dry 95% of the year and blow dry it 5% of it. Eugh. Heat = damage. Straight isn`t as big as it used to be, btw.
