Hello, I would definitely say you need a two-tone or highlighted colour OR you could buy 2 packs of two different colours. One should probably be lightest blonde (#613 or #22) and the other an ash blonde or light brown? (eg. #18, #14) Maybe even a #24. It's hard to really define those colours --- they are beautiful though.

If she were to have extensions (I dont' know if she does) I would say probably chin length hair looking at that photo. you can see a distinct seperation between her first layer and the hair under it is a little off color. But really I have no clue. She could have natural hair?
I'm selfish, impatient, & a little insecure, I make mistakes, I am out of control, & at times, hard to handle. But if you cant handle me at my worst, then you sure as HELL dont deserve me at my best
