i put in highlights i have natural dark brown hair..i used 9% peroxide and bleach...my hair has turned a golden colour...i also put a violet toner ova this helped a bit...what can i do next to make it more blonde?

if they were only lifted to a golden color they need to be lifted more. leave it in for longer....

I second Bambilee's advice. You need to remove more underlying pigment before toning to get the color you want.

too much brass, yellow, orange or gold means not enough lift.

Next time use a 12% peroxide, giving you more lift
