Hi Ladies,

Does anyone know of a person who can ventilate a bald spot on my fixinheads unit?  My husband fell on the floor laughing when I told him it got a bald spot Angry  My girl Bless is sooooo busy with her site and the upcoming inventory that she can't repair it.  Rex and a few others only repair their own work!  Help.

Griff www.lacelocs.com does repairs of all kinds and it doesn't have to be one of their units.

Hey Curlygirl,

It's good to see you!  Thanks for the tip.  I'm heading over there right now to get a price.

I plan on doing the same. I've already got the needles, the hair and the magifying lamp with a light on it BUT finding the time is very hard for me. I've practiced a little and I've got the ventilating down but I need to get a LOT faster at it because if I don't it could take me an entire day to fix a quarter sized bald spot and that is just not the move.

Here's a question for you guys, how do the vendors, AV and CV know if it's their unit that you are asking them to repair?  I've looked on the inside of all my units and I don't see any distinguishing marks on them.  Unless a person has never made a purchase from that particular vendor, how do they know?

PrincessLF,

That's a good question!  Jiery at greatlace will do the repair for $55 including shipping.  I hope he doesn't mess it up!  The price is right though so I might give it a try.
