Please, I need help, I placed an order with yourhairshop.com and was notified that the hair I ordered is no longer in stock, they suggested another similar, but not something that would work for me, I have tried several times to e-mail them back and call to let them know I DONT WANT THE HAIR, but I havent heard back from them I hope they dont ship me out something I DO NOT WANT, I cant believe I havent heard from them! can anybody help, or do I just have to report this to my credit card company and file a formal complaint any help would greatly be apprciated thanks in advance

How long has it been since your last email? If it has been less than 24 hours since your first email, be patient. I think that Kristin said once that she processes emails at least once a day.
Thanks for your prompt reply, the last e-mail was yesterday and it was the only one, also everytime I try to e-mail, it comes back address no correct, I've tried the addresses they recommended!Well I'll hold tight for awhile but if I don't hear anything by the end of the bussiness day then I'm just going to notify my credit card company. Thanks again I appreciated it

I have to think that Kristin would replace the order with the same hair. It just wouldn't make sense for her to send you something else...ya know? You said you ordered the dlux? So she's probably replacing it with the tease and most likely it's the same color and texture. If you bought the dlux on sale then she's actually standing by the sale price of the dlux.

Thanks to all who relpied, I really appreciate it, also for Sherri who suggested wagman, yes they sent me out a sample, quickly, and there Indian, #2, deep curl 24" seems to be my choice, do you know if it is remy,cuticle, i'm new to all this thanks any reply info would be great

By law they have to cancel your order if you have requested them to do so, if you ask them to before they have shipped what you actually ordered. So I wouldn't worry about it, I doubt they'd ship you something you didn't order. Most companies will send you a courtesy e-mail as a confirmation of this.
Up date , I was told I'd get a refund on the hair that wasn't sent and I did recieve the rest of the order, pretty quickly, It went smooth I thank Kristen and I would recomend your hair shop to anyone, only thing is they don't seem to have what I need which is at least 22" dark brown #2 curly or deep wave or french refine ,something with a nice curl I hope they do in the future. Thanks to all who helped with the info.

thanks for the update Cardaleia. Glad everything worked out, but sorry you didn't get exactly what you were looking for. It sounds like Wagman's might be the way to go for you. Or I have had good experiences buying from Ebay seller http://stores.ebay.ca/BEAUTY-EXPRESS-UK-LTD-SUPERMODEL_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm. Never had any problems with them and I believe they have various textures of hair.
