Ok Yuck was used. Kramer I agree with you on this. I can't add anything else. The 70's did give us better cuts then that? Right?

OK, the last picture doesn't do the cut justice; still looking for another but can't find one. If you've got nothing better to do, Men in Trees, Wednesday night at 10:00/9:00 central on ABC. Morgan Fairchild is a guest on the next episode. It is really a very cute pixie cut. I think she may have gotten a little wind blown in the picture above.

She does have a very cute face and could go shorter but this is not the cut (at least from the pic above). I picture her more with a chin length or slightly shorter cut.

Actually, they did show the cut (Emily looking at herself in the mirror) right at the end of the episode, in one of those popular "let's reflect on all our characters while melancholy music plays" montages. It's a little funkier than Sandy's actual '70s cut, but is pretty much a long pixie.
On the one hand, I'm really disappointed. Emily had gorgeous hair, naturally wavy and curly. When the series started it was above the shoulders, and had since grown well past them, and she'd added cute bangs. It's a shame to trade all that for a cut that isn't long enough to feature the waves, show off the softness of it. As her stylist character on the show said, how do you make a change for the future by returning to the '70s?
On the other hand, I must say the new 'do works for her. It brings out her eyes and cheekbones, and is pretty cute. I hope she grows it out, and we can see a progression of short-to-longer styles.

Plays the quirky Annie on Men in Trees got a major haircut on last night's episode although they didn't show anything on camera and we'll have to wait until next week to see the finished cut. In last night's episode, a new member of the local hockey team was hitting on her and said she reminded him of Sandy Duncan; she then went to the salon and showed the stylist a picture like this
Couldn't find any pictures of the finished product (I'll keep searching) but here's what she looked like before the cut
Here she is this morning on a Canadian TV morning show (she's the one in the middle)
I think it's a big improvement. She's so much cuter with this cut. In the previews for next week's show, she looked great.
