I have dark brown hair and i wanted to make the top layer a lite blonde, i left the lightener on for a while (25-30 min) and put a hair dryer on it for only 2-3 min. it is very blonde at the roots and then orange and then its a pretty color. Can i put a dye over it now to fix it or will that only mess it up more???? HELLLLPPPPP

Can you take pictures and post them?  That would be more helpful so we can tell you what exactly to do....

Bleaching is very tricky. Heat speeds up the process so hair near the scalp bleaches faster than the ends. Usually, bleach is applied to the midshaft first, then the ends, then the roots. Getting the timing right usually requires a professional eye or at least a lot of experience. I would suggest going to a salon to fix this. You will only make it worse by applying hair dye over unevenly lightened hair.
