I've been using Finesse shampoo and conditioner and it does make it soft and full, but it does feel a bit dry and weak a day or two later. My hair is pretty thin and weak. What brands of shampoo/conditioner should I use to grow my hair out healthier, thicker, and longer? I tried reading reviews and there are so many mixed opinions on what chemicals are bad and what not. Also, how often should you shampoo/condition? Also, I don't want to spend too much. Any help would be great,

thanks

A lot of grocery store hair products are very alkaline, thus after use they will leave the cuticle open and you will feel that your hair is "dry".

Usually, a professional product, although slightly more expensive, will be more gentle on your hair and your hair will look and feel better.

You'll probably need to experiment a little but find something appealing and see how it works with your hair.  You don't really need to shampoo everyday depending on your hair and maybe use a conditioner 1 - 2 times a month in addition to a clarifying shampoo maybe once a month.
