If you have any hair questions, just ask me; I`ve been answering them for ages (see my posts by the same name in the formal hair and prom hair boards). Hope to hear from you soon!

I need some advice . what method of rolling can I do for a woman`s hair, she wants me to put a perm in her hair and her hair reaches to her !*!@!**.Your help would be ever so appreciated. I`ve never done hair this length before in all the years I can remember! I thank you and Lady Godiva thanks you!
Izzy, Shampoo and condition the hair. Towel dry very very well. Spray midlength and ends with Protein Spray. Section the hair, ear to ear, eyebrow to nape, eyebrow to nape so that you have 6 sections. Choose a smaller rod than desired result. Take sections about one inch wide. Start your wind at the nape and work up to crown in middle section. Repeat on either side. Do both sides. Then front crown to hairline. Use no tension in your wind. Be as loose as ever. It will look like a bit of a mess on the rods. Don`t worry, you will get the best penetration of the solution that way and therefore a very lovely curl. Apply solution taking your time to really let it soak into each fat little section. Go over it 3 times when applying solution. Cover and process. check every 5 minutes When good movement is evident. Rinse and neutralise as normal. Really blott the water out of each rod individually before applying the neutraliser. You may even like to sit the client under the dryer for 10 minutes with a net over the rods before you apply your neutraliser. Remove rods and presto! Beautiful curl. The key is to not make your wind to neat because if there is too much tension on the hair the solution cannot penetrate all the way to the ends. Good Luck Once you have done one of these you will become the long hair perm queen.
HELP!! I am 47 and my hair went white (90%) quite quickly a few years ago. I loved it !! A few months ago I added some Crystal Sheer Grey Chic to `shine it up`. Seemed fine at first, though gradually my hair has turned more `platinum blonde` than white or silver. I have used Baking soda, Aveda Hair detoxifier, Vinegar rinse, and today UNcolor by Clairol.
Nothing helps..... what have I done !!? How can I get my white back?
well if you can help then i`d love some :) I already asked this question previously but i`ll ask again....I have mid back, extremely thick (think Danielle Fishel from the TV show Boy Meets World), naturally wavy hair. I`d just love to go short....maybe some kind of shag like Mandy Moore`s new haircut...but I`m afraid my hair will end up too "poufy" and unruly because it can be a bit coarse at times. I don`t have access to any short hair specialists....just regular ol` salons around town. Would the haircut work alright for me? If not, can you give me some other suggestions for haircuts i could look into?
