Time & Patience. Wish I could give you some kind of miracle answer, but that`s about the only way. You could try something like that Hairtopia stuff that they advertise on this site- might be worth a try, but I think its pretty expensive. Oh and make sure you get regular trims so the ends don`t get damaged and you won`t have to cut a lot off at once to get it even again.

Just have the patience Liz. I`m sure you have very lovely hair and would regret it if you cut it all off. Just hang in their and you will love it. Gary
