Mercedes87   it's like pull and tuck.   I gather some of the stretch and pull it over or up to the seam  and sew it down where the stretch seam begins.  I realize the neater the better.

i too like the stretch for the hair growth factor. if i ever go back to a short style on my natural hair, i would probrbly go without the stretch.

I like the stretch. It leaves room for my hair growth.

I think it all depends on your natural hair. I love stretch esp ear 2 ear. I tried all lace and it didn't fit right. My stretch fits flat against my head

Well I have on with the stretch and it's  a little too big.  I  doctor on it  until I felt like it was  a good fit.

i recommend stretch when trying a new vendor. IMO that leaves room  for error because some vendors run small and others large. and if you dont like a hair line you can create a new one of you have stretch.

I think we used to call this distinctive stretch panel look the "Gorilla hump".

I wonder if vendors can now replace the stretch panel with lace as a repair.... Bless should offer this, she'd make a fortune!

I was thinking about getting a stretch unit. Now that I hear the feedback, I'll stay away from them... thanks for posting your experiences, Ladies.

I just don't like it.  It does not flatten your hair as good too! Just a pain.

I wish I could cut it out and sew back for nice snug fit!

Does the stretch panel make your LF feel too big? I ordered my first LF not too long ago and I requested a stretch panel. I hope I don't regret it.

I hear you on that.  I like a snug fit and stretch lace is a no-no for me.  Over time the stretch gets even more stretchy and I don't like it.  I have a bald head so I don't need the extra room to accomodate any hair.  I need 100% lace!
