Ok, so I'm getting ready to order a custom and want to send a photo along with my order to show the vendor exactly what I want. And I remember coming across some photos a while ago that had a fantastic pattern which created the effect I want very nicely. But problem is I didn't bookmark it and can't remember where on the whole world wide web I saw it.  Cry

Basically, when the wig was turned inside out, the inside of the wig cap looked like a checkerboard, with chunky squares of highlights and lowlights (like a 4/27 or 6/27). Gave a very nice "piecey effect" of a warm reddish brown and warm yellowy blonde which is what I need around my face. Monotone colors I can't carry at all.

The other had a series of O-rings that laid on top of each other progressively till the very top. And the sides were angled so that it appeard like chunky foils on an angle. Gave a nice similar effect.

Does anyone have photos of anything similar?

Thank you guys for posting those. They're pretty close. It's so funny how the littlest detail can make such a huge difference when designing a head. :-)
