Hey ladies,
I need to do a little venting and I thought here would be a great place to do it. I don't post alot but you ladies are so inspiring to me and have helped me a lot so I thought I can come to you.
Ok I am super pissed at Xinyi hair. I buy from them a few times a month and have been pretty loyal to them for months now. I once loved Jeck but that is slowly lessening. So on March 10 I put through 2 custom orders for clients. They were supposed to take at most 5 weeks to make. So week 6 comes and goes and I ask Jeck when are they coming he said that the workers are having a problem because they have to work on their farmland as well so the process is slow at the moment. So I am like alright I will give it some more time. So then week 7and 8 passed and he says that 1 isnt done yet and he says will mess up the order if he sends the first one and that one later. So I wait some more, send out emails for Updates and dont get replies, send out emails for new stock and get replies right away. I am starting to get really heated as time passes by. Finally last weekend I get an email saying they are shipped. So, yesterday they arrive and I open up the package to make all the final touch ups before sending the clients their wigs. One is perfect but WHAT THE HELL the next one is done completely wrong. Its supposed to be a even mix of colours 4/27/22/18 in a piano colour format and tell me why this wig is #4 with a few 27 and 22 highlights. Don't get me wrong is beautiful but not what my customer wanted and not what I asked for at all. I even added pictures with the order. I literally started to get all teary eyed The client has been asking about her wig for weeks and its WRONG!! I am so dissappointed and upset. I dont know what to do. I know the client won't want it because she is a natural blond who is suffering from some hair loss and wanted it to match..
Sorry ladies for the long post. But I am so upset and I needed to get it out.
I am so sorry to hear this about him. I wanted to try him out since I have been hearing good things about him. Maybe next time have him (any vendor) send pictures of the finished product before it goes out to make sure you are both on the same page. Have you contacted Jeck about it? Sexi and the others will chime in on what to do soon too.
no i'd be upset too, but your kind of at his mercy, you are right its a long time, and i'm ok if that's the time period i was told, but it becomes a problem when it exceeds that time.. but i've learned you gotta resolve in the mind that its gonna take time.. just pray on it, and try not to let it steal your joy, b/c i'm assuming you used WU so just don't flip out but keep emailing them about your order.. i personally never used them b/c they got too many sales persons for my liking i don't know whom i'm suppose to be talking too.. i hope you get it soon..
Yes I contact him and he said " I know you are always good kind. so now say sorry to your cilent . what do you want to do? we can compensate you $ 10 for this or you can send it back,we will repair it for you."
$10 whats that. And to send it back it will cost a fortune and how long will it take after that. How upsetting.

dang can you color it yourself? b/c yes the shipping returning it would cost a lot and more time.. i don't know what city your in maybe you could fine a stylist if you can't do it, to color it for you.. that would take less time..
Sexi saves the day again. That is a great idea. I will definately look into a stylist. Oh and I am in Toronto Canada. But I think I am going to now change vendors.
I am having a super hard time with the wig they sent me. Is it me, or has anyone else noticed that on their stock units, the forehead measurement is too wide.
