First of all, I am sorry you are so frusterated because I know how important hair is and getting it right. I'm not sure what is up with your email but since you are able to post on this board it would only take a couple minutes to create a gmail or hotmail etc account so you can contact the supplier and let them know the problem. An inch IS a big deal, especially when you are paying an arm & a leg for an extra inch or two with hair. I do suggest that you give the company a chance to rectify the problem, however, and maybe next time getting a color ring before you spend $$ on the hair. It's not thier fault if you order the wrong color and they can't do anything to help you if you don't find a way to contact them.
Good luck!

you are right.the color was definately my fault.but yes i did set up an e-mail and yes they received the e-mail and this is how she responded to me."we have never had a problem with our hair in all the years we have been selling it.send it back and if it is 18 inches you have to pay for return shipping etc.and if it is not 18 inches they will credit me.so basically she is saying that i might be lying.WHY WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT THE INCHES OF THIS HAIR.and another thing i did not even get instructions on how to curl it.i know i am goint to lose out in the long run.first i have to ship it out 'then i am going to get stuck with their shipping it to me.so either way i cant win.thanx
this is how she responded to me."we have never had a problem with our hair in all the years we have been selling it.
Whoa. Whoa whoa whoa.
What I wrote was that there has never been a complaint of short length. Please reread your email.
And as I said, if it is 17", send it back for a refund please. The color I cannot do anything about but if there was a misrepresentation of the product, I will absolutely rectify it.
For the record, the thermofibre is from the UK company American Dream and I have ordered it before, and it was indeed shorter than 18" long. Not AMM's fault, but maybe she should update the website to state that it is often times shorter than 18".
Heya, metal. She didn't get the AD, she got the Elite. The weft is bound stacked going up like a ladder and if measured from the bottom, only the bottom wrapped portion is being measured which is why she's reporting very little is 18" long. Open the weft, lay it flat and measure weft to end, it's a full 18" the full width of the weft. Anytime you get hair that's bound in levels like that, it's not going to measure out the full length until it's opened.
