In my opinion, your hair is too long for your texture. It looks as if it is getting stringy. I would go with shoulder length with some razored layers. Also, I like the color. Maybe a refresh of your color to make it more of an auburn red to red for the summer. Your complexion would look good with redder hair. This is kind of what I was thinking.....
I like the style bnbivi00 has choosen. I would have suggested shoulder and long layer, but the only difference i would dye it a deep red colour which will appear to give it more body and depth. If i can find a suitable picture i'll post it for you to see.
