Finding a hair stylist

I moved to Hialeah/Miami Lakes, Florida and have tried three different hair solons with no luck.  My hair looks worst and the cost to color, highlight and cut your hair runs about 150.  anyone in the area that could recommend a good hair stylist and/or hair salon. 

I will appreciate any help
