She the weather girl on FoxNews in the morning; recently got a healthy trim.  Two weeks ago, she was letting it get fairly long and it was looking great (pictures don't do her justice BTW)

and this is how she looks now
 
 
It's at that "in between" stage now.  For me, it should either be above the shoulders or well below but she still looks awesome.

I would have to say her hair looked a lot better when it was longer. Maybe she thought she would look more professional with short hair. This is a very boring style that does nothing for her. It's too bad because her hair was really looking good.
