i ordered extensions on august 3rd and i live in canada and i know theyre from us.

the thing is I HAVENT RECEIVED IT!!!

should i be worried?

i emailed them 3 times, no reply. i called and left a message, no call back.

i dont think it should take more than 3 weeks, almost 4, to deliver from us to canada RIGHT??


question is HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY?

Hi Sheena, I havent heard of this company. At first I almost confused it with glamourhair.com, but its definitely not the same company. As a vendor, I know that shipping to Canada can be VERY slow at times. I dont know whats up with that, but its the one country that I ship to that tends to take forever sometimes for the package to reach the customer.
 
However, I think its pretty crappy that the vendor hasnt responded to your emails and phone message. Did you recieve an order or shipping confirmation, or a tracking #?
