Hi Sheena, I havent heard of this company. At first I almost confused it with glamourhair.com, but its definitely not the same company. As a vendor, I know that shipping to Canada can be VERY slow at times. I dont know whats up with that, but its the one country that I ship to that tends to take forever sometimes for the package to reach the customer.
However, I think its pretty crappy that the vendor hasnt responded to your emails and phone message. Did you recieve an order or shipping confirmation, or a tracking #?
