I do prefer her hair the way it was in the last Transformers movie, but she is still a good looking woman!

here's a link to the cover I think u are refering to and ur right her hair has definately looked better.  This lacks fullness at the ends and generally looks quite plain.
It doesn't have to be natural to be fabulous!!!/

I just received the new issue of Maxim with the gorgeous Megan Fox from Transformers on the cover. It looks like she had a bit of a chopping. She had very noticeable bangs and her hair looks like it's been layered or thinned out quite a bit.

She was on the cover also in July and looked much sexier. She had really thick, long hair.
 
Megan is still one of the hottest chics in Hollywood but her new look is a major donwgrade.
