Help, it's gone orange!

Using a blue based bleach will help prevent this orangy tone, It would be better if you could post a pic of your hair now, as to see how orangy it is and its condition after the first 2 applications of bleach. You can leave bleach on for up to 50 mins (without heat) Personally a toner may not be enough to rid the orange, but you could try a blue based toner, and see, if it doesn't help, and providing your hair can withstand another application of bleach, use a blue base bleach with 30 vol, I would normally recommend you use 40 vol with bleach, but as you have already had 2 applications then only use 30 vol.

OOH I purchased the 11 Magnolia level but haven't tested it on a swatch yet... Which Level of color did you use? do you have an before pic... That is a beautiful color but I certainly understand you may have wished for a Pale Light Ash color & this brand doesn't have enough lift action for your Natural Level of hair color to go 5 levels lighter...

Maybe use Nice N Easy (store brand or find @ sallys etc)

Borne Blonde Ultra Blue or Gentle Wellite Bleach on the scalp bleach. The only difference in UltraBlue appeared to be (Violet) was added to the bleach. Watch the color until it gets to the yellow or pale yellow stage which could take ~40 min but you really must test a strand to find out the condition of the hair etc. 

Then select a Toner.  Wella Demi 10NA or select based on what type of blonde you wish for Opaque or Translucent, Ash or Golden, or Platinum...

An Example: This was given for the Without the Bleach option & I don't think it gives the LIGHT results you wish for just corrects the tone.
Client tried to lighten her Natural Level 4-Light Brown hair to a Level 9-Very Light Blonde using repeated applications of haircolor and lightening products.
The result is damaged, gold-orange hair.

The first step is to evaluate the porosity and strength of the hair and consult with the client.
 Based on the number of chemical processes already on the hair, the options are limited.
                  

Recommend a soft neutral Level 6-Dark Blonde color using a gentle, nonammonia product like Complements Long-Lasting Semi-Permanent True Tone Gel Color.
By combining neutral and blue/violet Complements shades, the formula will help neutralize the gold-orange base.
 Here’s how:                    

   1. Mix the following formula in a bottle or bowl:
          * 1-1/2 oz. Complements Semi-Permanent Gel Color 6N-S Dark Natural Blonde
          * 1/2 oz. Complements Semi-Permanent Gel Color 6A-S Dark Ash Blonde
          * 2 oz. Complements Color Prompter

                          Because of this client’s extreme hair porosity, apply the formula to damp hair,
                          first at the scalp and 1-inch out, then down the shaft to the ends.
                          Strand-test to determine timing, checking every 5 minutes up to 15 minutes.
                          When desired results are achieved, rinse, shampoo and condition.
