MicroLinks, MicroTubes and MicroRings

Whats the difference between these, is it the technique? is one better for your hair than the other, does one last longer than the other?

I'm thinking about getting hair extensions, I usually wear weaves and lace wigs, but I want to try something different, I like my hair really full with alot of hair, is there way to add more hair to the pre-tipped hair because I'm not satisfied with the standard size strands, I would want more hair in my strands. Also, by adding more hair to the strands will this make the bonds more bigger leaving me with huge knots in my head Confused

When applying bonds to your hair in a full head application, are the extensions applied to throughout your entire head or is your natural hair left out in between each row of extensions, if so, how would I be able to part my hair if there is a million bonds in my head?

links have a flare on the end to allow a thicker strand to fit in-
tubes are narrower and a tighter fit.= no glue method
bonds are glue= fusion, keretin, protien, its just about the same. its glue-
