Issues.

Okay, well..i named this "issues" because i have no idea what's going on really. I know my hair is staticy that's for sure, but my bangs like...there's this inner layer of bangs that seem to never dry but stay clumped together like when i blow dry it even and then it seems to want to stick to my forehead and get greasy and give me this weird annoying itchy kinda sensation on my forehead.  The only way to make it feel better for a little while was to take water and a paper towel and wash down my forehead but i honestly believe it's not as much my skin, but my hair just isn't acting right.  No matter what i seemed to use for conditioner/shampoo or anything, it always has the same outcome.  I've tried using my blow dryer on high and it gets greasier during the day faster and on low it doesn't.  If i let it air dry it gets insanely greasy as well.
