Hi, The mixture of ash and not having any gold tones in with the colour you used would have caused this problem.

I did  reply to you question on another post, lol, to use the bleach bath this should remove this green hue.
 
You could try first a clarifying shampoo if its just a slight green hue.
 
When colouring over hi lighten areas you need to use a colour with a warm tone red or gold to avoid any green hue, it happens, but can be fixed

My hair is naturallly medium to dark brown.  I went blonde using Loreal's lightest blonde last month, on top of already highlighted hair but I hate it. So last night I used Revlon's ColorGlaze Dark Ash Blonde, well, it turned green.  I then went to a 24 hour pharmacy and got Revlon's Dark Blonde and put that in as well.  It is still green.  I am hiding in my office so that no one can see the diaster I created.  Is there a quick fix to this mess?
