MICROS! and Sebastian hand press

Hey. I have really thick hair and its a mess I flat iron it everyday because it is crimpy and curly and looks terrible on me so my hair is mad dry and i can pull the ends off. Anyway I was wondering if anyone knew how I could give myself micros or have a friend help me because my hairdresser doesn''t know how. An example of someone with micros is Beyonce''s little sister please help me anyone i can''t find any site telling me how.

also i got the sebastian hand press and the directions on the back are not very informative because it doesn''t say if you use it on dry or wet hair so if anyone has this please reply. It''s supposed to give you flat iron hair without appliances
