should i use a relaxer or texturizer?

my hair is nappy

It makes sense just I really don't know much about relaxers or texturizers or which would get you that look.

From what I know relaxers generally straighten hair, make it go from curly to straight and a texturizer is a light form of a relaxer, that loosens the natural curl pattern.

I'm guessing here, if you want to loosen up your hair, I guess a texturizer would work...your hair is tight, tight curls or straight, I've seen straight and curly nappy hair.

Hopefully someone else can help or maybe you could try posting this in the 360 waves section, most of the guys post there and maybe they could help you out some.
