Can't find any other pictures but it looks as if she bobbed her hair to me.

There are several photos of this appearance in June on Getty, as well as photos pre and post cut.   She had a major cut sometime between SAG awards in January 09 and the Star Trek premiere in April 09.  Until her appearance at the World Oceans Day event in June, all photos after the cut  showed it tied back.  She may have gone a little shorter yet.

I vote no--think it makes her features look too strong.
