I am a natural 6a with a lot of bleach/high lift highlights that had 2 inches growth from the roots.  I tried bleaching my own root highlights but after adding a toner my hair turned a flat strawberry orangish color.  Now the top of my head is orange/some natural virgin hair and the bottom is blondish.  What should I do?  Should I dye my whole head a color like Wella 611/6N or 672 or try to do lowlights? I will post a picture

Is there a shade or tone you wished to try for or an  reference photo? When you lighten hair you reveal the underlying pigment which has to then be toned with a neutralizing color specifically for the level you are at depending on the shade you wish for.
The photos are showing up very red lighting so it is hard to see....
