I am open to getting a certain brand though this is just for a once or twice a year cut, so I kinda wanna go easy on the cash and having something that will last.
I also heard that your hair is suppose to be bone dry doing this, is this this the case? I think my hair was dry but tips like this are helpful.
Cheers,
Your friend,
Chris

Do the blades have an adjustment, also how thick is your hair? If you have thick hair take your time running the clippers thru. Thicker the hair I push the blade all the way up to close the gap. Damp hair does cut easier but damp or dry they should cut with ease. The only reason I like to mist the hair is for the ease watching how it lays during the cut. I always do the finish cut (fine tuning)on dry hair. Just make sure to buy something in the mid range $$$ "you get what you pay for".
