Buyer Beware!!! I purchased hand-tied wefts from an International seller, http://www.ehhair.com, and they sent me the wrong color. When I emailed Poly Chen and told her (him) about the error, she (he) said, "So sorry, we try to do better next time!" WTF!!!!! Next time? There isn't going to be a "next time." That is unfortunate, because the hair is really beautiful and the price was great, even with shipping. The wefted part was so incredibly small too!!! I have emailed Poly a few times hoping to get a response but, no luck. I suppose that is the chance you take with International sellers. This really sucks!!!!
Unfortunately, this is sometimes the case when it comes to placing orders overseas. If there is any type of error with the order, there is no option to exchange the product or refund the money.
Try selling the hair on eBay. If you really love the hair, maybe try placing another order and see if they are willing to give you a discount on the second order.
