My hair is already to the middle of my back, and I get it trimmed about every 3 months to keep the ends healthy. I only trim a small amount. Is there any products or vitamins that you can take to help your hair grow faster. My hair grows pretty fast on it's own, but it seems it's taking forever to get to the length I want it.

Go to a health food store that sells vitamin supplements and ask for hair vitamins that make your hair grow faster. Look for HairTopia or Viviscal -you might even be able to buy it from Hairboutique. Check the advert on the homepage.
