Bob, the bangs look great on her, but I really think she needs to cut off some of the length.  Maybe about shoulder length?

It looks OK but it doesn't wow me at all.
 
I think Kim's hair suited her better with the angled bob she used to wear.

 I to feel she needs some length taken off. At least to the shoulders. This makes her face look very long. Sorry just my opinion. If it was my wife I would have to tell her the truth and we would cut it. She loves honesty and short hair. Though good luck and as long as Kim's happy thats what matters most.

Unique Short Hair

Perhaps it is unusual for us to see the short haircuts for women.

We also sometimes need to experiment in choosing a short haircut is different from the others. The motivation of course in addition we will look different from the others, also because we can be a new trend setter. Everything would have to adjust to the body and face shape us, so it needs to be consulted before the hairstylist.
