celebrity elite hair problems

hi ladies, has any one else had problems with celebrity elite silky smooth remi bohyme human hair? ive been using it for the last 5 years and lately ive had some problems with the quality of the hair. ive had several packs of 18" that were very tangly and felt dry after washing the hair once! im self employed so having to do free refits costs me dearly! i contacted the company and they werent their usual helpful selves when they realised i had a complaint and have tried to blame the problem on anything else but the quality of the hair! after using this hair for the last 5 years i think i know when the quality isnt up to scratch and am getting very frustrated at the way im being treated. my friend amanda is having the same problems but when we say anything they just reckon we are the only ones with any problems so id like to be able to tell them next time i phone them that we arent the only ones!!
