On a whim I used the 'color sealant' product included with Clairol's Nice 'n Easy hair coloring kit. Oh my gosh I soooo wish I had not.
Within hours my hair had collapsed into a frizzy unmanageable mess that will take years to grow out even tho I have short hair. I was shppoing with a grilfriend at the time and she noticed what happened as well.
I wrote and spoke to Clairol who want me to go buy this and try that etc. but am reluctant to spend money on products that either may not work or may make the situation worse.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem and/or can anyone offer some tried and true advice?
