It's kind of straight, chin length in front, but shorter and quite sleek in the back, with kind of a slope in between.
I'd like to see different variants of this style too. Someone I know has hair like this and it's really great. I'd like my hair like that too, except my hair is curly and has a fringe. But I really like the combination of an ear length back with chin length front/sides.
I want to cut my hair above my ears but I have a strong jaw and large head so it looks kind of stupid and masculine, this style could be perfect for me if I can get it to work with curly hair.
It's NOT the standard "Inverted bob" or Pob shape as it's mostly the same length until the back of the head, but it is quite similar. I'm worried that's what I'll end up with though. I had a teacher way back in school I remember with a similar hairstyle only a bit shorter and wavier.
My own hair is probably more wavy(tight waves too) than curly when it's longer but does tend to curl up when it gets shorter. If I use the right conditioner product though I may be able to get the same basic hairstyle just with a different texture.

Hah no that would be kind of weird really. Next time I see her I'll try and keep a better mental note so I can draw a picture. Also I really need to see this with curly/wavy hair as I've seen it done before like that and it looks great.
