Right now my http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=hair&v=56">hair is couple of inches below my shoulders a brownish colour with a red tone to it and wavy and frizz prone. I''''m looking for a new style and new colour. I''''m naturally blonde. I will probably use the loreal coleur experte range, you know the one I mean?

What's your hair type? It makes a world of difference for the kind of products you should use. Frizz can be controlled by silicone conditioners. Either way though, I think you would look really good with hair past waist length, like Eowyn from Lord of the Rings/ Two Towers.

Long hair is quite a bit of work though, so if you decide to grow extreme, you'll want to go on http://www.tlhs.com for long hair tips. There are many things you should avoid, e.g. heat appliances and certain classes of hair accessories.

mine's midback and I'm going for hip length... with really gentle treatment, my hair's grown a whole inch in the past 2.5 weeks! it's different for everybody though.

Don't use that particular dye, unless you wanna end up in the "bloopers" section of the board. The highlights tend to go on orange or splotchy, so I've heard.
