red hair

Does anyone have any suggestions on what color dye this ladies hair is or maybe what colors you can mix? I know with my brown hair I will have to bleach it first, I could also use some recommendations for that as well. Thank you in advance! :)

It's correct that you have to prelighten the hair, if you are going for red you only need to lighten the hair to orange.
 
To get that screaming red result you can use red concentrate only with 20 vol developer. Many colorlines eg. schwarzkopf igora has red concentrate that can be used on it's own or for mixing with other shades.
